Summary: Engages in producing plastic, roto-molded plastic components by using mold process and performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Including the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Fills molding tooling with proper resin/dye and weight.
2. Installs pins and inserts into proper place on the mold.
3. Send arms in as soon as they are ready.
4. Remove the pins as soon as the mold comes out of the cooling station.
5. Places pins in specified location on the cart. Ensure they are properly placed according to corresponding mold location number.
6. Unload mold or tooling as required by machine time.
7. Visually inspect each part quality.
8. Reject non-conforming parts as needed and places them in designated area.
9. Ensure proper maintenance of tooling at all times
10. Trim and deburr parts and put in cart and/or box.
11. Maintains part counts for inventory.
12. Maintains cleanliness of work area.
13. Follows all appropriate safety regulations.
14. Recommends measures to improve productions methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
15. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department or work crew.
16. Maintains time and production records.
17. May be selected to perform duties based upon production demands.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Educations and/or Experience: Preferred Associates Degree; minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems effectively.
