Planner OR a strong admin with engineering experience



Support the company s objectives with regards to current manufacturing processes. Develop and document sequence of operation plans for manufacturing parts. Revise routers as necessary to support improved processes with an internal goal of improving the production processes and techniques used within the company. Performs contract review process of planning. Verifies current engineering revisions to customer website portals. Reviews the entire plan per the requirements of Work Instruction W1-702.


  1. Experience in GD&T, technical specifications, and quality control systems throughout the manufacturing process.

  2. Effective interpret all forms of customer data/engineering (drawings, digital models, parts lists, OPSS etc).

  3. Troubleshoot complex drawings/specifications/needs and make decisions based on these customer requirements.

  4. Work schedule by objectives which require project planning and judgm3ent based on extensive and broad knowledge.

  5. Effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner, set realistic and manageable goals, and utilizing time management tools, techniques and strategies.

  6. Interact effectively between all departments and management in a liaison role in support of programs and daily needs.


  1. Working knowledge of MS Office as well as a high-level knowledge of engineering software (e.G. CATIA V, CAD, viewers, and MRP systems).

  1. Extensive knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality-control standards.

  2. Analytical, efficient and possess strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills.

  3. Ability to work large, complex projects under general direction, and provide direction to staff and/or manufacturing personnel.

  4. Apply basic math concepts in a work setting, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
